I created the FMP because growing up, I watched my family struggle tremendously with their health. My Dad worked himself to the bone, got sick, and died at 42 years young. And I watched my mom do everything she could to keep our family together and provide for me and my little brother.

I learned from a young age that health is the foundation of everything we love… our ability to spend time with our families, pursue our passions, and enjoy a long life full of memories. And I vowed to learn how to help other busy moms & dads like my parents get and stay healthy for their families.
